For 248 years today has been one for celebration. The Representatives of the thirteen colonies absolved the allegiance to the British Crown…no longer did they answer to a King. It was declared in the Declaration of Independence that our government would derive their powers from the consent of the governed.
To assure these powers remain it’s vital every American examine the issues facing our country. We must be assured those seeking our votes in 124 days are still committed to the rights of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. It’s our duty to vote.
